Hi!

I am setting up EE4 on a new domain after previously using EE3 so it’s taking a little while to get everything right! I have removed all email messages except the “Registration Approved” emails. I added in <p class=”lead”>< a href="[RECIPIENT_TICKET_URL]">Print your ticket(s)!</p> under the

Registrant(s):

[ATTENDEE_LIST]

in both the emails to be sent to “Primary Registrant” and “Registrant”. Otherwise, I have made no changes to the template. However, when I tested the notification for multiple tickets and multiple ticket types (e.g. One standard ticket and one student ticket), both by manually adding registrants and also by having a real order and payment placed through the system, the notification received by the Primary Registrant contains only the information about one ticket. Just the standard ticket. And the ticket link only links to one ticket.

Hopefully, I have missed something simple!

Thanks!

Hi there Niamh,

There is a message type for the tickets that is sent out after a successful registration. Clicking on that link should then take the registration to a page that has all of there tickets.

For example, if two tickets were purchased, then they should see two tickets available for printing.

Are you seeing something different?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,
Thanks for getting back to me. I managed to figure out the problem. The Ticket URL just wasn’t suitable for the section I was trying to force it into!

A second question though, I’m trying to understand the Templates for the Event pages. If I understand properly, I need to ask someone with more skills than I have to create a template. However, I wonder if I can make any small changes to make my event page look like this demo: http://demoee.org/blog/events/traditional-tour/

This is how it currently looks with no title bars and in general, not very appealing: http://drsketchyireland.com/events/dr-sketchys-dublin-presents-labyrinth/

Is there something straightforward that I can do, or do I need to create a new template?

Thanks!
