We can copy the plugin over from the other site, but in order to do so you’ll need to send file access to both sites. Can you include that information in the support token form?
We received your priority support form, but it’s missing the FTP information for the server(s). I’m sorry I wasn’t clear about needing that information. Can you please resend the form and include the FTP information for both sites?
OK Ken I added the plugin that adds the customizations to the email and activated it. I also updated the Social buttons and Mailchimp add-on because they were out of date and throwing errors in the wp-dashboard.
