Registration Does NOT work on mobile device!

Please help me ASAP. I just launched the registration and I’m getting a flood of emails telling me it does NOT work on mobile device. Says “Nothing in your Event Queue”.

I am not a developer, so please help me in simple terms.

Hi Karen,

You’ll need to contact your web host WPEngine and ask their support agent to add cache exclusion rules for pages on your website.

The pages are:

events/
registration-checkout/
thank-you/

For your information: The registration also doesn’t work for desktop PC’s either, because the way the cache works the site is only working for logged in users. After the cache exclusion rules are added the site will work for everyone, logged out or logged in.
