Registration denied with ticket scanning

Hi,
I created an approved ticket and decided to test and see if this would work. I tried continuous, Look-up and Check-in only and they all say – Registration denied.
Canyou tell me what I am doing wrong or is there something I need to switch on.

Hi Andrea,

Before you scanned the ticket did you select the event and the datetime that matches what’s on the ticket?
