EE Version 4.10.29.p
We are using the [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_REGISTRATION_DATE] Shortcode in the Message Templates (Specifically need this to appear at the top of Invoice Templates.)
It recently (not sure exactly when) stopped outputting a date.

Hi there,

So, by default the invoive includes:

Date: [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_REGISTRATION_DATE]
Registration Code: [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_REGISTRATION_CODE]
Transaction ID: [TXN_ID]

Do you have those loading on the template and if so, does [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_REGISTRATION_CODE] still output a registration code?

Quick example: https://monosnap.com/file/YV4dCPGRchA8xFgfEJjUlRlamU24EG

The [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_REGISTRATION_DATE] shortcode uses the date format set in your site’s general settings. So may I ask what is set in:

Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Date Format?

The Date Format was set to ‘Custom’ and was blank!
Thank you for the help. This has corrected the issue.

You’re most welcome 🙂

Side note, often when people set the date format to custom and then blank it’s to remove the DateTime output from the front end of the events, so check that sections of your site now don’t show dates you don’t expect them to.
