Hello,
Is there any way I can include in the registration form a date field and a photo field?

Hi Alejandra,
Event Espresso does have a date picker as a type of question. This can be added to one of your question groups and then associated with your events through the Event Editor.
You can’t upload files through the registration form but for a workaround, you could add a text field and add instructions to upload the file to an existing web service such as imgur, tinygrab, flickr, or getcloudapp and then place that link in the text field. You would also want to add this question to a question group and then add it to an event.

How can I add the date picker? I’m using version EE3.
I saw someone posted the following code:
jQuery(‘label:contains(“date”), label:contains(“Date”)’).next(‘input’).datepicker({dateFormat: “dd/mm/yy”});
Should I post it in the header of the registration php document?

The datepicker is in Event Espresso 4. Adding it to EE3 will take some custom coding.
