Where do I change the default address for the PDF invoice? Currently It generates this Please advise as this is unacceptable from a branding perspective. |
Hello Christian, Are you using the Invoice payment option? You can change the address on the invoices in Event Espresso > Payment Settings > Invoice Payment Settings. Also, make sure that the address is entered correctly in Event Espresso > General Settings. |

Hi Jonathan, I have not enabled the invoice payment option in event espresso. The address entered into the general settings is correct. |
Hi Christian, Before you use the PDF invoice feature, you’ll need to enable it and enter your information as Jonathan suggested in the earlier post. If you do not enable it, it will fall back to the system default. |

Hi Josh, Ok so I activated it and it seems to resolve the issue however, now when a PDF invoice is generated and you click on the Pay Online link you get the following error message on the page: Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /nfs/c09/h01/mnt/127139/domains/napavalleywineacademy.com/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/process_payments.php on line 30 |
Hi Christian, This error indicates that the attendee that the invoice is being generated for is no longer in the database. It also indicates that error display is turned on. With the exception of a site under development, display should be turned off, and logging can be turned on if you’d like to keep track of PHP errors. Please see this section of the WP codex for more info: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Configure_Error_Logging |

Josh- The attendee is still in the database, however they are payed up in full, does this make a difference? Also where do I turn off error logging? |
Hi Christian, Which version of PHP is installed on the site? Can you check the payment link for another attendee? The reference I linked to explains that you can turn off error display by editing wp-config.php. It can also be done by editing php.ini. If you’re unsure about that part, it’s best to contact your host and ask them to turn off error display. |
