Registration Conformation Email Delivery

Registration confirmation emails (email that contains summary, ID, invoice PDF, etc) are being delivered to web administrator instead of registrant. How do I change recipient?

Hi there,

EE3 does not have an option for you to set the attendee email address used in the email, it’s taken directly from the event attendee row.

Does the registrant not receive an email as well? EE3 sends an email to both the admin and the registrant.

If not something may be hooking into wp_mail() and changing the to address.

What is your site using to send mail? For example your host’s mail server?

First, check if both emails are being triggered using a mail logging plugin such as:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Add a registration to an event and confirm how many confirmations emails are triggered.
