Hi,
Not sure whats gone wrong, but the order of my form is completely wrong when you submit your registration and view the confirmation page that details your information before confirming the registration.
To clarify, the order is correct on the actual registration page but is incorrect on the confirmation page.

It seems the registration mails have stopped being sent too.. I can see the attendentants added on the back end but I receive neither the email for the attendant or the admin?

Ive managed to get the emails working again. The listing of the fields is still jumbled and they also display as jumbled in the registration email.

What does the order look like in the questions overview screen in the WordPress admin?
Is it also not sorted?

Thank you for those additional screenshots.
This is related to the order of the questions. This looks like what you are seeing on the confirmation page.
Go to each question (edit the question) and reassign a number for the order: http://cl.ly/image/3A2Y2w0u3z2x
First name – 1
Last name – 2
Email – 3
…and so forth.

My understanding was that the order number would be the order as shown in the group? Should I then start at 0 and have the final item end at say 26 if their are 26 fields in the form?

Yes, you should number them.
I’ve tested this and that will correct the order.

Thanks for the help Lorenzo. Having been through it, numbering is the wrong approach as any change in the order of things would force you to have to re-number everything.
When I realised this I tried dragging the questions which renumbers it too. I didnt know about this, perhaps the devs should include a notice that you can do this. Then again, I could be the only fool.
This has resolved the problem, thanks for the help.
