Hi.
I am presenting a problem with the registration confirmation emails.
What happens is that it takes a long time to get these emails to the users who register to them.
Is there any way to change this and that the shipment is immediately registered.
Here is a link to an event that we have a test:

Hi there,

EE uses a message queue system which relies on wp_cron, meaning it requires users to visit the front end of your site to work through the queue.

We add this system to reduce the amount of processing required during the registration requests and some servers were taking a long time to send the email and wait for a response (SMTP for example).

You can change it so that the email is sent on the same request as the registration and no longer use the message queue, go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Change the option ‘Generate and send all messages’ to ‘On the same request’ and save.

Messages will now generate and send on the same request used to trigger them (meaning the users request during the registration). There can still be delay fo the user receiving the email from there but its then outside of EE’s control as any delays with above setting are from the mail server used to send the email.
