I’m assuming the “regestration confirmation” email is the ‘Registration Approved’ message, the email sent to user after they have registered and paid on the event?
If so then no that email will not be sent when using the Bank Transfer payment method as the registration is still ‘Pending Payment’. It will only be sent once you have applied the payment within the admin and selected to ‘Send related messages’ at that point.
The registration then switches to ‘Approved’ and triggers that message.
