The person registered prior to March 3rd. March 5th my customer received the confirmation email which was after the class date. The class was on the 3rd.
The email in your second screenshot is a different email (payment received) to the one shown in your first (Registration Approved) and can have different times.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.
Find th registration in question there and click on the icon, EE will list all of the messages related to that registration.
Can you see the Registration Approved email listed there? Note the email shown in your first screenshot is the ‘Event Admin’ context, if you can add a screenshot of the emails listed I’ll take a look. (You can make the reply private as it likely show the users email)
That’s a screenshot of the transaction and is not what would be shown from the instructions above, it doesn’t really help with the emails.
