Random people are getting confirmation emails but not being added to the spreadsheet. The invoice is showing as amount due “0” (all fields are “0”)
What do I do to fix this?

Hi there,
We will need to know a bit more about what’s happening here in order to know how to fix this. Can you let us know which payment options are activated in Event Espresso>Payment settings? Also, are there any caching plugins installed? Has anything been customized in the Event Espresso templates?
