When someone tries to register for an event using an iPad they get to the ticketing page select the number of tickets and click Register now and then they get this page — I have duplicated this on 3 different iPads and encountered the same problem. I have not been using a cache plug-in. I did just try one today to see if it made a difference, but it did not. On Monday, I went into the domain management section on my host server (DreamHost) and disabled the cache option. It is not made a difference, I am still experiencing the same problem. |
Hi Charlotte, If you go to this event – http://columbuscanvas.net/events/serenity/ Then view the page source, down the bottom you will find this:
Which means you site is still serving cached pages. If you no longer have WP-Super-Cache installed the easiest way to fix this is to re-install & activate it. Disable caching (de-activating the plugin does not remove the cache) After you have disabled it, then Purge/Delete the cache. We can then investigate this further. |
