Hi there,

I’d recommend updating to the latest version of Event Espresso as we have made multiple bug fixes since the version you are currently using.

The error is thrown on the final step of the registration and it looks like your server is throwing a fatal error (error 500) on the last step – http://take.ms/7oI2y

Do you have access to the server error logs? If so take a look within that and see what error is being thrown when the registration is finalized.

If not you can enable WP_Debug on your site, I’d recommend using this snippet:

You can add that to your wp-config.php and your site will log errors so we can see what is happening.
