registration checkout

This page has the shortcode on it but when I register for a class it returns me to this page and only displays the code no checkout http://www.thepotteryplacecincy.com/registration-checkout/

Some clarification. The registration was working until the support form told me I had to create a new page for the calendar and not use the original page this is the new page that displays as a calendar http://www.thepotteryplacecincy.com/event-calendar/

Hi there,

If you edit that page, remove the shortcode and save, then reload the page on the front end.

Now add the shortcode back in and re-save.

Does it parse the shortcode rather than display it?
