Our registration brakes down, we can choose our type of registration, there we can ad to cart, then we can fill in the ammount of people, but if we want to enter the attendee information it says we have to make sure to select between 1 or 11 attendees… even if we selected 2 or 3 or etc…
I checked your site and it looks to be working from our end. I successfully added an event to the cart, selected ticket quantities, and filled out two registration forms and it took me to the payment page.
Can you go to the Event Espresso>System Status page and copy the URL for the “Cancel Return Page” then visit that link? This will clear the session.
If the above does not work, can you go to http://supportdetails.com/ and post the details of your web browser so we can investigate further?
I cleared all “recent history” in firefox, did the trick. Some cookies were still active I think.
Will test youre solution when it happens again.
