Hi, we have launched an event and we have received clients complaints about not getting their confirmation email. We have registered ourselves with different email addresses and we haven’t received any confirmation email either. Is there any technical issue on your end that might be causing this issue?
With Event Espresso nothing runs through our servers so even if we are having issues with EventEspresso.com (we aren’t) it wouldn’t cause issues on your site.
So having said, let’s get this fixed!
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages
Can you see the ‘missing’ messages listed there?
If so, do they show as sent with a green ‘status bar’ (The coloured bar to the left of each message) or something else?
