It says it can go out to multiple email addresses, but it’s not. I think it’s working going out to the registrant, but I can’t get a copy to either the shortcode email or a full typed in email.
Which ‘context‘ you trying to send to multiple users?
Which shortcodes have you tried?
Are you separating each email/shortcode with a comma (,)?
The ability to use multiple address within the To field of the messages system can depend on your hosts server/mail server setup but lets make sure the messages system is setup correctly first.
Can you add some screenshorts of your Registration Approved message templates so we can take a look.
I’m not getting any notices other than a receipt from my credit card processor that a registration has occurred, but that doesn’t give me the course details so I have to login and look and quite frankly being so mobile it isn’t really convenient.
