One user registered themselves for 4 events in one transaction. I can see that all 4 registrations were approved, and I can see the Registration Approved message in our messages history. When I click on the message, I can see it’s linked to all 4 registrations. BUT…the message contains only the first 3 registrations. How can I ensure that ALL events get included in the email?
Can you go to edit the Registration Approved email message and check to see if it’s using the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode?
