We have been experiencing some issues with our “cart” function.
For Example:
When selecting a ticket quantity 1 for $500
then click button” view event cart”
Then ” proceed registration”
sometimes the registration/ cart will show up blank and other times instead of being blank the incorrect item is in the cart.
Is there away to fix this besides expiring the event and re-activating it?
Ok I see, that’s a GoDaddy Hosted site. I’m afraid that the managed hosting caching needs to be deactivated to prevent those issues. Can you follow this guide to turn off that caching?
