Hi, love the system but discovered something this morning. I had four folks sign-up online but not complete the payment process. The system did not alert me to the fact there were four new folks there. Does it only send an alert when payment is complete? perhaps I missed a checkbox in the setup?
Second question: My invoices are generating with html code in them, does event expresso create the invoice or does that come from paypal?

That’s correct it doesn’t send anything unless the registration completes (payment made). You can change this by going to General Settings and changing “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” to Yes.
Invoice wise, if it is the address with break tags in, go to the Payment Settings page, find the invoice and remove those tags and save.
