We are using EE4, and previously with the Infusionsoft EE Integration, when a person completed step 1 & 2 (Step 1 – the select number of tickets, Step 2 – Complete the Attendee details) of the registration process, but not step 3, the payment method, they were still added into Infusionsoft.
I’ve done a test of only complete step 1 & 2, and the contact details do not appear to be tagged or going into Infusionsoft.
Is there a setting we need to change to make it back to the way it was previously?
It should send contact details over with the information in step 2, before they even get to step 3, and there’s no setting to change this. The part where the order is created & tags applied happens later, but you can force that to sync earlier by adding this snippet to your site:
