Registrants sent to Mailchimp?

Hello, When someone registers for an event, it is my understanding that they will automatically be added to our Mailchimp database, due to the integration. Is that correct?

Mailchimp and I were on livechat. Some names are not going to the database. They suggested I contact you to find out why. Thank you!

Hello,

The MailChimp integration runs after a registration is submitted but only if it is enabled for a list for that event.

This happens prior to the payment process.

Also, you are running an old version of Event Espresso.

Please backup and update to the current software @ 3.1.36.5.P:
