We are looking to use event expresso for your sportman’s club. It seems to fit our needs very well, except for one event situation. There are shooting events where registrants join a squad(a group of other registrants). Each squad has a limited number of available spots. In addition, the registrants like to see the other registrant’s squad when they register. Does event espresso has this functionality?

Hello,
One way to handle the intake of the registrations would be to create a pricing option with a limit for each squad.
For example:
Squad A
Squad B
Squad C
Now lets say that each squad has a limit of 5 spots. If 5 guests registered for Squad A, then that option would no longer be available for registration.
We do have an option to show the attendee list for an event. However, it cannot show individuals under the different groups (squads) so you would see all guests that have registered rather than individuals under each squad.

Hello,
That will work as there is a ticket ID parameter for the shortcode and the ticket ID can be found in the event editor in the advanced area of each ticket.
In this example, the ID for the ticket is 3: https://cl.ly/3o273d3L3E17
You could then use the individual IDs for the tickets like this:
Squad A
[ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES ticket_id=1]
Squad B
[ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES ticket_id=2]
Squad C
[ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES ticket_id=3]
…and then the names will be populated as a successful registration occurs.
