I’m setting up EE4 for the first time. I have an event that is a play. Has multiple performance dates, but each day has 160 tickets available. Couple of questions,
When looking at the registrants or check-in, I can see all registrants for the overall event, but there doesn’t appear to be any way to sort or view them by which performance date they purchased. I need to be able to print out a list of registrants by performance. Any way to do this?
Also, when setting up tickets for each event, the only way I found to attribute 160 tickets to each event was to set up a unique ticket for each performance date. That correct? No way to set up a general ticket that will automatically apply to one event but track available tickets for each performance correctly?
Hi Tim, approximately how many dates will you have for the event (the play) across a month?
We have an upcoming add-on for multiple event registration that may make tracking the registrations numbers easier since it will allow a registrant to register for multiple events at once.
