Hi, we have several events working perfectly on the website but we have had a registrant yesterday that managed to buy a ticket for an event without actually paying. It looked like they tried to pay 3 times but received the ticket anyway.
It has label the transaction as free and paid 0, although the event has had 81 other registrations that have worked perfectly.
Can you explain what you mean by “they received the ticket anyway”? Was there actually a ticket notice sent out?
You can also get more information about the transaction by going to Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs, then view all of the payment gateway responses logged for their transaction.
