Registrant was charged for a different user

A registrant in Jacksonville, FL (JAX) was registering a single ticket at $67 but was charged for a user in Gainesville, FL who was registering for 15 tickets at the exact same time! DISASTROUS! This is the first one I caught. I cannot imagine if this is systemic. Please advise ASAP.
