I’m seeing at least two registrants who are marked as paid in PayPal, but who are showing up in Event Espresso as incomplete. Can you please review and assist? I’m really concerned that there may be more of these!
Can you update the user account that you made for EE support and make it an administrator account? This will allow EE staff to review the transactions in the EE admin on your site.
Can you re-submit the Redeem a Support token form (linked on your account page) and this time include WP – Administrator credentials and along with that, fill out the section where it asks for FTP credentials? The FTP credentials will be used to check the PayPal IPN log file.
