Had a search on topics but couldn’t find anything on this. I’m running a multi-workshop event, using individual tickets for each of the workshops. Registrants pay for one overall ‘registration’ ticket, then choose which individual workshops they would like to attend.
What I need to be able to do is download reports for each individual ticket, so that I can see a list of the names of all the people who have booked onto each of the individual workshops. Whilst individual registrants receive this info (for themselves only of course) on the registration confirmation email, I can’t find a way of getting a list of all the names. Can you please let me know how I can do this?
Are all the workshops set up as times on a single event, or are all the tickets attached to the same event? Can you provide some screenshots of how you have it set up?
I would do a csv export of the registrations, then do the data manipulation, ie. pulling out all the registrations for a single event, inside of a spreadsheet. That is going to give you more fine grain control over selecting which data you are interested in, and how you choose to view it.
