The registrant information shows up under Bill to: when looking at the Invoice. But upon download of the Invoice PDF, that information disappears. Their name appears nowhere on the Invoice so when they mail it in with check for payment , we don’t know who they are paying for. (Registration Code and transaction ID are visible at the top of the PDF invoice–upper right corner.)
So it looks like there’s some HTML code around the [PAYMENT_LINK_IF_NEEDED_*] short code that may be invalid, which a browser will attempt to fix, but may cause some issues with the PDF converter.
Can you go to edit the Invoice template and look in the Main Content section, and find where that short code, and change the code there so it looks like this screenshot?
I think I got that part looking great! (thanks to you!) But now I’m seeing an extra hyperlink right above that where it says: You can make a Payment Here.>> Please Make a Payment.
Can I get rid of the >> and the sentence: Please make a Payment?
If not, that’s ok as long as I can get rid of the >> at the end of the first sentence.
You can change the text by adding some text to the short code
e.g.
[PAYMENT_LINK_IF_NEEDED_* Click here to make a payment]
