Registrant emails failed

Hi there,
I use EE 4.10.3 and all of the sudden the registrant email came back with error message. I use WP Mail SMTP. It was working just fine, but now it sends the email to administrator but not to registrants. Please help

I just noticed that when customer registers for more than workshop, the error happens. If customer register for just one workshop, everything works just fine.

Here is a screenshot of error message:

Message was not executed successfully.
Messenger and Message Type were valid and active, but the messenger send method failed.
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (nokwal.4077@gmail.com) or “from” address (Ted Karlsalr ,Ted Karlsalr ,Ted Karlsalr ) is invalid.

(Ted Karlsalr ,Ted Karlsalr ,Ted Karlsalr ) doesn’t look a valid email.

May I ask, which message type is failing?

Hi Tony,
All the messages to the registrant if they register for multiple events.The administer emails work but not the registrant.
Single event registration works just fine.

Hi Ted,

You can make a note of which message type & message recipient is failing, then go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates and edit that message type. Please note the message type and recipient. You’ll check the From field. It may be best to set the From field you your email address.

Hi Josh,
For single event registration, there is no problem. But if the client selects more than one event, then the error message occurs. I changed the email address to [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] and will give it a try

Just some friendly advice as there is technically nothing wrong with the above, however, some mail servers simply do not like formatted email address and start failing.

So with that in mind you may be better switching to [C0_EMAIL]

You may have no issues with the above at all, but something to worth noting just incase.
