Registrant Disappeared

I’m having an issue where registrants are disappearing. When a new person registered, the first registrant disappeared and now it appears as if the same person registered twice.

Hi there,

Were these registrations added via the admin or on the front end? Do you know if these were added from the same browser or were they from different computers?

They were added on the front end. I’m assuming they were from different computers/browsers since it’s two different people and they registered 10 days apart from one another.

Oh I see, you have the WP Users Integration add-on activated on your site. The WP User integration add-on actually has a feature that syncs the current attendee info to the logged in user’s information. You can deactivate this feature by going to:
Event Espresso –> Registration Form –> User Integration Settings
Then you set:
Always sync contact information with WP user profile?
to No.
Then you save the settings page.
