My events are training classes. There are times individuals are registered under their company’s account (at the time), however, if they return and create their own account or are registered under another account the first account they were registered under shows as the account name. I’m not sure how to resolve this.
Example:
Grace is registered for a class by Company ABC.
Grace then comes back and creates her own account and registers for a class but Company ABC shows as the account.

Hi there,
Registration questions are uniqe for each registration, there are some details used to create an ‘EE_Contact’ (and also possibly WP User account depending on your setup) but not a ‘company’ question.
So may I ask, where does the account show as ‘Company ABC’?
