Newest version of Event Espresso – 5.0.11.p.
Began receiving a lot of registrations for events.
Address Information is checked for all events to be asked – and I confirmed it is showing up on the list of questions on the registration form. Also they are required fields.
But when we go into look at the registrations – or to the contact list and click on a person, there is no address information populating.

Were you able to check if the event where that user registered has enable the address information question?
is that contact comes from additional Registration? Did you also enable those information?

btw, what holding you back from updating to latest EE version.

Thank you for the response Rio. Yes, every single event we have in the system has the “Address Information” option checked – both for the primary registrant and additional registrants.

Hi there,
Newest version of Event Espresso – 5.0.11.p.
The latest version of Event Espresso is currently 5.0.16.p, can you please update to the latest version?
If you don’t see 5.0.16.p as the current update go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and just hit save to force an update check, the latest version should then show, if you have any issues updating just let me know and I’ll investigate.
Do the answers to the address info questions show up in the confirmation emails?
You can find those in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity.
Find the Reg Approved emails and vew the content for those there.

Updated to the newest version.
Went back to Registrations and clicked the person icon for some registrations done currently.
They now have the address information showing – including the tests you tried on the site.
None of them prior to putting in this ticket are showing with address info.
January 27th seems to be the date – there is one registration with address info and then all others that were done earlier in the day or before the 27th don’t have address info.
So not sure what occurred here.
I’ll keep my eye on it to be sure all addresses appear going forward.

No changes were done that day – other than putting in the ticket for help. One registration came Monday afternoon (two days ago) and one today – both show addresses now.

Yeah, that’s really odd! I’ve tried reverting versions to see if I get any issues with address info questions but I can’t reproduce this.
Let me know if it happens again and we can double-check the query being ran to see what is happening.
