Hi guys,

I am running a 6 week course where particpants can sign up for the full course or come to individual sessions.

When you register for 2 sessions then go view cart, the registration information and questions are repeated for each of the events in the cart.

Is there a way to stop this, so at checkout the participant just has to fill in their details once and this will cover both of the events?

Cheers,
Crystal

Hi Crystal,

Normally there is a “Copy above information to all forms?” button at the end of the first form. This allows the information from the first form to be automatically copied over to the other forms.

I checked the registration page link and it appears that it’s being hidden via the Options panel’s custom css

.event-messages, .copy_dropdown_wrapper {
display: none;
}

If the above rule can be removed then the copy option will appear. Does that help?

Thanks Josh,

Maybe I was trying to have my cake and eat it too ๐Ÿ™‚
I turned this off because I want people to be able to register up to two attendees, but I want them to answer all of the questions for each attendee.

Clearly this carries over to registering for multiple events too.

Is there anyway to get around this?

Cheers,
Crystal

Hi Crystal,

I don’t believe there is a way to make the copy all button only not display for multiple attendees and make it only display for multiple events if they are signing up via the cart.

It may help to direct those who are singing up for a single event to sign up on the standard registration page (not using the cart). There isn’t a copy all button there.
