I’ve had people register but not complete payment. Then when they try and do it again it won’t let them because they are already registered. Is there a way to email these people a link or give them some kind of way to login with the information they used and submit payment?
Okay, so I found the “send payment reminder” link, however how can individuals complete this task without having to contact me for assistance and then having me resend them the payment reminder link?
but what if they just come back to the website and now want to go in and pay? There’s nowhere for them to go to enter their details to pay based on their previous visit.
The registration information is stored in a PHP session until it expires or the registration is completed (whichever is first).
How are you registering potential customers before the event registration?
