Registered time is based on server

Hi All,
I have noticed quite a lot of posts regarding the time now being correct on registrations. The answer seems to be that it is based on the server time. How do we fix this if the server is in the US, and we are in Australia? Is there a hack we can use to make the time correct as it has been throwing me off for 2 years!!!

Is this still an issue for you after after updating 3.1.30.7? What payment gateway are you using?
