Registered person not listed; sold and remaining doesn't add up

I have two events at the same location on the same day (They’re actually taught together), Commercial Plumbing and Residential Plumbing. When I open the Residential Plumbing event, it shows 1 ticket sold for the August 18 event. However, when I look under registrations, there aren’t any for that date. If I go to the registration page as a user, and look at details it also shows 1 sold, 11 remaining. When I look at the Commercial Plumbing it shows 2 sold, 4 remaining, total sold 4, and total spaces left 8, which makes no sense.

Hi Fran,

Can you edit each of those events and take a screenshot of the ‘Event Tickets & Datetimes’ section, please?

The sold values will include any registrations which currently have an ‘active’ session in which the tickets are set to be reserved (the Rsvrd count in the editor) so I’m wondering if you have tickets there.

Note that tickets should ‘release’ when the session expires which by default is roughly an hour, so you may want to redo the pictures above at the same time as the new ones to get an accurate view from both the admin and front end.
