REGISTER NOW button not working on calendar

Hello there!

When I try to click on the register now button on the calendar day, it will not load correctly. You can see that something is happening on the page, but it won’t bring me to the page to register. Please see here: http://test.soconnwineco.com/soconn-events/

Also, at times, my calendar doesn’t load on the page. I have to refresh the page to see the calendar. Please help me! THANK YOU!

Hi Amanda,

May I ask is the calendar shortcode placed within the page’s main content area or is the shortcode placed into a widget area or other aside?

I’m sorry my question wasn’t very clear. What I’m actually wanting to know is where the shortcode was placed. For example was the shortcode placed directly into the main content area of the page, or was it placed into an aside like a secondary content area of the page?

Oh, sorry about that! I am using WordPress, particularly using a theme that has a theme builder called Visual Composer. The shortcode is placed into a text block within the page.

I’m afraid the Calendar shortcode may not work as intended when it’s placed within a text block. Generally it will work as intended when it’s placed within the page’s main content area. Can you try adding the calendar shortcode there?

Sure. I will take a look and hopefully figure it out.

In the meantime, I’m curious if there’s a way to disable the venue, but still have the event category show?

I’m not sure I follow what you are asking, can you explain a little more, please?

Where do you want to remove the venue details?
