I have registered several message types already and would like to register the message type for batch, too.

I tried adding ‘batch’ to my supports array, but it does not work:

When having a look at the core event-espresso-core-master/core/libraries/messages/defaults/default there were no batch template as well.
Please advise.

The batch templates in /core/libraries/messages/defaults/default/ are actually:
email_newsletter_subject.template.php
email_newsletter_content.template.php
email_newsletter_newsletter_content.template.php

Thanks, I was able to add the “newsletter” to my supports array and created these templates. However, it does not behave the same as the other templates.
First of all, when I open the message type, the template structure does not show the “default” option any more. My custom template is chosen directly.

This would not be much of a problem, but the template files are not pulled. I resetted multiple times, but it always pulls the default template values and not my own templates:

It may be best if you can open a github issue, and the more information you can post there (including code examples), the better.
