I had the Lite version of EE installed on WP 3.6.1 and then installed the current version (Version 3.1.35.1.P) of Premium. My payment gateway is PayPal and IPN settings are enabled with notifications to http://atlantawpcoach.com/transactions Installed and activated add-ons: Calendar, MailChimp, Recurring, Ticketing Calendar Page: http://atlantawpcoach.com/wordpress-training-calendar/ Invariably after I post a topic and get some sleep, the answer appears. But right now I need another pair of eyes because mine are crossed. Thanks! |

Hi Kathy, Can you check that the General Settings > Page Settings are set up correctly? Also are the main 4 Event Espresso pages published and publicly accessible (not draft/password protected/etc)? |
|
The Page Settings are correct (unchanged from the default) and all four pages are published and public. |

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated. |

Hi Thanks for the login details. I took a look and everything seems to be in order. But it isn’t working. Currently I can only think it is a plugin/theme conflict. One option to try before troubleshooting is to delete the four core EE pages (Event Registration, Transactions, Cancelled Registration and Thank you) and event remove them from trash and then recreate the four pages with the correct shortcodes and assign them in the General Settings. If that doesnt work, then it is back to troubleshooting, meaning disable all plugins except EE and swap to a default theme such as twentytwelve. If EE works, then it is definitely a conflict, and then you should begin to activate everything one by one, testing to see if you can access the individual events or not each time, starting with the theme. |

The conflicting plugin was WordPress SEO by Yoast. A little searching on the forum led me to this post from Josh. I would have sworn the “redirect to clean permalinks” was not checked!! I never check it on any of my installations. Alas, it was. All is now right in my world. You can mark this thread as resolved.
