On our website, http://www.LAEF4kids.org we would like for visitors to be able to create a profile with username and password. They would then be able to register and pay for their child’s classes. How can we do this?
We would like our website registration to resemble this website, https://www.ipsfacademy.org/

Hello there,
In order to do something like that I would suggest using the WP User Integration add on (also called the Members add on for short). This will allow you to set different prices for events and even set the events so that they are only visible to registered members.
The add on does not create a registration page/system for you, you would need to create that either by following one of the many tutorials available via Google or looking for a plugin.
