Hi,
I have one query reg the event description. actually i am using the EE4 and i have creqted the new event. and added the event details on the page. but these event details are showing in below of the registration form.
Actually we want to do show these event details on the top (above the registration form). for ex. please check the below link:
https://destinystrategies.com.au/events/prophetic-activation-school/
and confirm me that how we can move the text in the top/above the registration form.

Hi Sudhir,
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates.
Under ‘Single Event Pages’, set the ‘Use Custom Display Order?’ option to Yes.
You can now alter the order of details shown on the page using the drag and drop items just below the option.
You want the ‘Event Description’ above the ‘Ticket Selector’

ok, one more thing reg the thankyou page, can you please confirm me that how we can edit the thankyou page. actually i want to add the some text in the thankyou page.

There are a few different ways to do it and it depends on what you want to change.
Can you provide some details of the changes you want to make on the thank you page? I’ll let you know which method will work for you.

Hi Tony,
We want to remove the blue button “View full order confirmation receipt” and also we need to add the some text “bank details” on this thankyou page. so please confirm me that, how we can do these changes.

Are you not using the receipts at all?
If so you can disable them and the button will automatically be removed.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.
Under the ‘HTML’ tab, move the ‘Receipt’ element to the inactive message types on the right.
That will remove the button and alter the text to suit (as there’s no button it will no longer state to click the button).
also we need to add the some text “bank details” on this thankyou page
You’ll need to be more specific on where you want to add that text.
