Good day,
with my form, i have few options but one of them is enter as family package, my form only cater for 1 member information how do I add additional information,

how do I create a form for each selection to be applicable.

Hi there,

If you want the personal information of each attendee then you need to edit the event and on the bottom right corner you can find “Questions for Additional Registrants” There you can check the personal information and save the changes:
