Hey guys is the refund of tickets still the same as this post? https://eventespresso.com/topic/refund-transaction/ Refund is not processed outside of EE and the ticket is just marked cancelled?

Hi,

This is correct. You’ll need to initiate the refund from your payment processor/merchant account. The Apply Refund feature in Event Espresso’s transaction page is for accounting purposes only.
