Just a quick question, When I apply a refund in the admin section of the website it gets posted just fine. It also changes the transaction status to incomplete, and the Total Amount Due to what the guest paid.
Shouldn’t the Transaction status still be complete, and the Total Amount Due be $0.00 after the refund?
The Total Amount Due should show the total amount due on a transaction at any time, if the total amount showed 0.00 it would show the transaction as paid which would throw off any calculations based on the transactions (because its using paid values that are no longer paid).
You can Approved the registration but the transaction should remain incomplete if you have refunded the full value.
