I sent this message and I have no answer for several days.

I bought Event Espresso and WP User Integration v1.9.3 and I can not use it because it does not meet my expectations.

The test drive does not give enough information to realize the complexity of the code and the difficulty in implementing a project

I spent many hours debugging, your support helped me, but your tool is not at all what I expected

i spent many hours trying to find solutions

And my project can not succeed in time with your plugin.

Your plugin seems interesting, your support is friendly, but it’s just impossible for me to have what i need with your plugin, He did not respond at all to my needs.

I hope you understand and you will refund me.
