Refund with Stripe

Hello,

Is it possible to provide a refund in the system using Stripe? Or do I need to go into Stripe and do the refund from there? Thank you.

Hi there,

You issue the refund within Stripe itself and you can also add a refund into Event Espresso to keep a record of it, issuing the refund within EE itself will NOT issue the refund within Stripe itself.
