Refund options don't show PayPal Express

I need to do refunds for registrations, PayPal express is accepted for taking the payment, but NOT part of the refund selections. So which option is supposed to be chosen to automatically make the refund process happen inside PayPal if PayPal Express or even PayPal itself is not an option. There is PayPal echeck, but that was not how payment was taken.

Hi there,

The refund option within Event Espresso is to keep a record within EE, it does not initiate a refund within the payment merchant at this time.

So you need to process the refund through (in this case) PayPal and then not it within EE using the refund option.

Payment methods to to have the ‘Admin Registration Page’ option enabled within them to show up on that section, go to Event Epresso -> Payment Methods -> PayPal Express.

Check the ‘Admin Registration Page (no online processing)’ checkbox in the ssable From’ option and save.

Now refresh the above page and it should show up as an available option.
